Refund policy

If your purchase isn’t what you expected, please contact us by email at art@studio-lph.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once a return has been approved, the buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item and arranging return shipping. Returned items must arrive safely and in their original condition.

In the event your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This allows us to properly assess the issue and file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed. As all artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, an exact replacement is not possible; however, I’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a refund or another agreed-upon solution.

After a returned artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
